Unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful and rude during check-in. Our room was in poor condition, with a stained carpet and a patch over a hole. The bathroom was outdated and flooded when the tub was emptied, which was really upsetting.

Mr Kuo from Concierge offered exceptional service and made our group feel welcomed. Mr Miwa from the restaurant created a pleasant dining atmosphere with his friendly demeanor.

During my stay, I loved how close I was to Odori Park, just a short walk away, and the numerous shopping options nearby were a definite bonus, making my weekend strolls even more enjoyable.

One downside was the shower in our room. it had a loose tap which was a bit annoying since water kept running.

Breakfast that transcends expectations

The location's closeness to Sapporo Station made travelling a breeze. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive spread of both Japanese and Western dishes that delighted every morning.

However, our Eco Room was not properly cleaned between guests. Finding long hairs on the carpeting was off-putting and diminished our stay.

The Economy Twin Room was decent. Not the most modern setup, but the beds were super comfy. Decent size, nothing huge. Clean and tidy, which is always a plus. It felt a bit outdated, and I heard some had issues with small bathrooms. But overall, the comfort level was solid for a short stay.

My stay exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit in sapporo. The location was super convenient, right by the train station and the underground walkway filled with shops. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view.
